About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager (Remote Work) to lead student recruitment initiatives across South Asia/Asia-Pacific region. This role oversees creating and managing education agent networks, increasing student enrolments, and promoting Aroha College programs to prospective overseas students. The selected candidate will help us develop our global presence while maintaining a high level of student engagement and conversions. You will also work closely with internal marketing, admissions, and compliance teams to deliver recruitment targets and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with partners, students, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate must be willing to travel within the Philippines/India and internationally, with occasional availability required on weekends. A strong understanding of Australian student visa processes, regulations, and eligibility assessments is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage partnerships with education agents across South Asia/ Asia-Pacific Promote Aroha College programs through digital campaigns, agent engagement, and student outreach Respond to and manage student enquiries from social media, website, and direct channels Convert qualified leads into enrolments in line with intake targets Provide accurate guidance on course selection, entry requirements, and career pathways Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian student visa requirements and compliance frameworks (ESOS/CRICOS) Support and participate in education fairs, webinars, and marketing activities Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions and onboarding process Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar role; however, candidates with 2–3 years of experience in international student recruitment or education marketing will be highly regarded Strong understanding of the Australian international education sector and student visa processes Demonstrated experience working with education agents and offshore markets Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving enrolment targets Ability to work independently in a remote environment Benefits: Competitive salary package with uncapped earning potential through performance incentives Accelerated career growth within a fast-growing, globally focused education provider Direct exposure to international markets, partnerships, and cross-border strategy development Agile, collaborative, and forward-thinking team culture The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and expanding organisation
