The Role: Location: Gawler SADuration: 18-24 month Traineeship As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you will provide support to the Small Business Banking Manager to support your portfolio in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, systems, and governance.
Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include: Maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures Maintain control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment process Act in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs Provide solution towards account maintenance and simple customer requests Support the Relationship Manager with management of a portfolio of SME customers Collaborate with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customers' needs Engage specialist teams when required About You: To be successful in this traineeship, you'll need: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport with a variety of people Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Effective time management and problem solving skills Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to multitask to meet deadlines Eligibility Criteria: Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain) Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite Previous customer service or administration experience (desirable) About Maxima: Maxima's First Nations Employment Team is here to provide culturally safe and relationship-based practices to build your capacity in being deadly and successful.
