We are seeking a senior professional to lead our configuration management team.
* The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain configuration management processes and frameworks in alignment with defence policies and standards.
* They will manage configuration items across the capability lifecycle, ensuring traceability, status accounting, and configuration audits.
* Supporting engineering and program teams in identifying, controlling, and verifying system baselines and changes.
* Maintaining and enhancing the configuration management database and associated registers.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in engineering, information management, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in configuration management within a defence or complex, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain CM processes and frameworks.
* Manage CIs across the capability lifecycle.
* Support engineering and program teams in baseline reviews and audits.
* Maintain and enhance the CMDB.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering or information management.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in configuration management within a defence or complex environment.
* Strong knowledge of Defence standards and CM tools.
* Proven ability to manage change and configuration control boards.
