Join our exciting multi-year transformation programme as a highly skilled Atlassian Tools and Automation Specialist and showcase your expertise in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, and AI-powered features). You will bring thought leadership to enable project prioritisation and visibility, improving delivery efficiency, and supporting governance through technical tooling and analytical insight.
Additionally, you will play a key role in managing our Atlassian ecosystem, translating data into meaningful insights, and collaborating across a range of stakeholders to support programme success.- What you offer
- Experience working in a transformation program or regulatory change environment
- Atlassian certifications (e.g., Jira Project Administrator, Confluence Space Administrator)
- Advanced proficiency in Atlassian products - Jira (including JQL, automation, dashboards), Confluence (page structuring, macros, templates), and Atlassian Intelligence (AI)
- Solid understanding of project and program governance frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery)
- Ability to work independently and translate business needs into technical solutions using Atlassian tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams
- Robust analytical mindset and attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong technical aptitude including data manipulation, reporting (Excel, Power BI desirable), experience with integrations/APIs and/or Gen AI tooling is highly regarded.
