What you will do
Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base – help Crown build positive customer experiences
Use the latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule
Input inventory on your company–allocated service van & customer sites – deliver a professional level of service
Gain experience dealing with Australia's top tier customer base

Initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program
Perform routine maintenance & complete service work – reactive & planned
Accurately maintain important service records of work performed

Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties
Conduct customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services
Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers through job completion
Record notes and file service records – provide high-level customer service
Access industry-leading training, development and grade progression opportunities
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including automation and telematics
Keep abreast of industry trends, new products and services
Partner with the company to maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base
Requirements
Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician highly regarded but not essential
Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks and repairs
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
