Key Responsibilities
- Service, install, and repair a wide range of automotive workshop equipment.
- Complete detailed reports for installations, servicing, relocations, and warranty repairs.
- Provide technical support for warranty issues and product management.
- Assist the sales team with testing equipment demonstrations and remote hoist assessments.
- Educate and support clients in product use, installation, and maintenance.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist subcontractors with technical fault diagnosis and resolution.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations.
- Continuously improve efficiency and work practices.
- Travel may be required on occasion.
About You
- Experience in the automotive or vehicle servicing industry.
- Familiarity with SimPro or similar workflow management software.
- Technically adept with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone manner and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license.
