About the Role
The Learning Designer will work closely with Process Owners, Business Analysts, Pillar Leads, Senior Change Managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements and real-world scenarios into engaging and effective learning solutions designed for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver learning materials aligned with the Horizon Learning strategy.
Create key training artefacts and interventions to support business initiatives.
Develop instructional content and modules for both in-person and digital delivery.
Produce engaging learning content, including eLearning modules, training guides, quick reference guides and other supporting materials.
Facilitate and deliver training sessions to super users and end users, supporting user acceptance testing and successful adoption.
Maintain and update training records and trackers to monitor progress and ensure compliance with processes.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering learning interventions within complex, fast-paced ERP programmes across multiple sites.
Demonstrated capability in creating digital learning content to support large-scale technical transformation programmes.
Skilled at engaging stakeholders to gather learning context, align requirements, and secure agreement on learning interventions.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify and prioritise complex issues for diverse audiences.
Proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering high-quality learning solutions and positive end-user experiences.
Experience with WalkMe digital adoption tools preferred; familiarity with other DAP tools will be considered.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
