Key Responsibilities
* Establish strong relationships with real estate agents through regular communication.
* Source at least 3 solid property opportunities on a weekly basis.
* Conduct thorough due diligence on numbers, checks, and strategy fit in a timely manner.
* Deliver tasks with complete accountability and transparency.
* Support 6-8 client deals from initiation to completion on a monthly basis.
Requirements
* Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven approach.
* Confidence in phone interactions and negotiations with real estate professionals.
* A valid WA real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
* Prior experience in property acquisition is highly valued.
