What you'll be responsible for
* Leading and developing your store team
* Driving sales growth and KPI performance
* Creating a motivated and accountable culture
* Delivering premium customer experiences
* Managing visual merchandising and stock presentation
* Overseeing roster management and daily operations
* Recruiting, coaching, and retaining strong staff
What we're looking for
* Previous retail management experience essential
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven sales and KPI achievement background
* Confidence managing fast‐paced retail trade
* High personal standards and professionalism
* Someone who leads by example, not title alone
