Responsibilities
Lead and support the Claims Specialist team to deliver accurate and timely claims (accounts receivable).
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
Drive process improvement and system enhancements to support efficiency and risk mitigation.
Manage escalations and provide technical support to stakeholders.
Collaborate across teams to deliver a high-quality customer and workforce experience.
About you
You are a finance professional with a strong knowledge of transactional processes—ideally from claims or accounts receivable. Experience in the Home Care or NDIS sectors is a bonus. For the Senior role, you should be prepared to lead the team, guiding problem-solving and day-to-day work organisation.
