Join our team! We are looking for Customer Service Reviewers to visit retail outlets and report back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc.
This work involves posing as a customer whilst making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.
Responsibilities
- Visit retail outlets to observe and report on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, and related factors.
- Pose as a customer and make detailed observations about the shopping experience.
- Complete an online survey about the observed experience.
- Provide reliable feedback in a timely manner as required by assignments.
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
- Eye for detail and good memory.
- Reliable with great communication skills.
- Access to the internet.
- Willingness to travel as required by assignments.
The number of assignments offered depends on your availability, your ability to complete tasks, your location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability.
Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
