HR Officer required for an immediate start in Armadale! NFP organisation, Temp to Perm Opportunity, working 3 days a week.
**The Company**
Robert Half are currently looking for a Part Time HR Star to join a Non-Profit organisation in Armadale. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that supports and promotes a positive and flexible working environment.
** This role is to start immediately and will be on a Part Time Basis, 3 days a week, please note you must be residing in Western Australia to be considered for this opportunity**
**The Role**
Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience with in HR, with your key responsibilities including:
- Managing all inbound HR enquiries within the organisation
- End-to-end recruitment experience
- Coordinating the induction programme for new employees
- Collating and distributing training materials, handouts and induction kits
- Processing Payroll Administration
- Diary management and travel coordination
- Managing the pre-employment compliance - police clearance, medical etc.
- Strong knowledge on current state HR Legislation's
**About you**
The most exciting selling point of this role is that you could have 6 months or 6 years' experience to be considered for this position as long as you possess the following:
