About the Role
* You will work with clients across various sectors, providing commercial insights and technical expertise to help them make better business decisions.
* Assist clients in achieving greater efficiency and solving organizational problems and challenges.
* Help clients leverage emerging technologies to enhance their business operations and client experience.
* Develop and implement innovative solutions that drive growth and profitability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
* Conduct sector research and assist in the development of thought leadership.
* Coach and develop junior colleagues.
Requirements
* Professional qualifications in business, finance, technology, law, or similar fields.
* Postgraduate academic qualifications such as an MBA or Master's degree are highly regarded.
* Background in a consulting or corporate client-facing environment.
* Commercially focused with skills in areas such as technology operations, financial due diligence, IT due diligence, operational due diligence, IT strategy, separation, carve outs, corporate M&A strategy, management consulting, and strategy consulting.
* Ability to handle multiple and varied projects simultaneously.
* Good understanding of the Australian market with exposure to mergers & acquisitions, business plan review, value creation, market assessment, business operations, and technology operations.
* Experienced in producing reports to assist in decision making.
