The Opportunity
CSR is currently seeking an experienced DC Supervisor to lead logistics activities at our Coopers Plains site and support the delivery of safe, efficient and customer-focused outcomes.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day warehouse and transport operations, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Planning to forecast demand and deliver service excellence at optimal cost. You'll play a key role in driving operational improvement, safety performance and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily logistics operations and forecast volumes with key stakeholders
* Drive safety, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain inventory accuracy, stock control, and dispatch quality
* Monitor and report on operational KPIs
* Ensure compliance with OH&S, COR and relevant legislation
* Lead and develop a high-performing, accountable warehouse team.
About You
* 2+ years' experience in warehouse and transport operations
* Proven experience delivering operational change in a logistics environment
* Strong Microsoft Office skills; WMS/TMS experience highly regarded
* Demonstrated success delivering tactical logistics improvements
* Hands‐on, results‐driven leadership style
* Ability to motivate, coach and develop teams
