From small café builds to large projects like Optus Stadium, no project across Australia is too small or too big for their undertaking.They are seeking a passionate and autonomous ERP Administrator with Epicor / Kinetic experience who envisions building a long-term career within the company.This role offers opportunities for career growth, work-life balance, a family-oriented working environment, and participation in the company's transformation and expansion as it continues to grow in the market.Duties and Responsibilities:Supporting the on-prem Epicor Developer in all applications and improvements within Epicor.Administering and maintaining the Epicor / Kinetic ERP system, including user management, security configurations, and system backups.Providing technical support and training to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.Analyzing system data and generating reports to support business decision-making.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.Coordinating and testing software upgrades and patches to ensure system stability and performance.Documenting system processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.Must-have Skills / Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of Epicor/Kinetic experience as an ERP Administrator (negotiable if less experience but with relevant Epicor background).2 years of experience working with SQL.C# coding experience is desirable.Proven ability to learn, understand, and apply new systems and software.Proficiency with business software systems.Ability to understand end-user needs and build relationships.Experience in improving and maintaining work systems.Transparent, accountable, eager to learn and develop.Highly organized with excellent time management skills.High attention to detail and ability to multitask.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work proactively.Position Objectives:Achieving agreed KPIs, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).Showing strong initiative and professionalism in supporting the company.Providing excellent service (10/10) to internal and external customers.Aligning with Caterlink’s Core Values of TRIP (Trust, Respect, Integrity, Passion).Practicing HAPI (Honest, Authentic, Positive Intent) communication.
