ENTRY LEVEL ROLES
SALES
- Generate leads by networking, following up with clients, and cold calling.
- Assist with property showings and open houses.
- Prepare and manage paperwork including contracts, offers, and listings.
- Conduct market research to help price properties and advise clients.
- Support clients by answering questions, providing property information, and guiding them through the buying or renting process.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to learn real estate best practices.
- Maintain CRM systems and track client interactions.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 
- Screen and assist new tenants, including application processing and background checks.
- Collect and record rent payments, track late fees, and issue reminders.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance or repairs, acting as a liaison between tenants and service providers.
- Draft, review, and help manage lease agreements and renewals.
- Perform basic property inspections, such as move-in/out and annual safety checks.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking, and prepare simple financial reports.
- Respond to tenant inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations.
- Help market available units and show properties to prospective tenants.
Requirements: 
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Minimum 6 months experience (preferred)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
