The What...
A Team Member at Splitsville is a dynamic role which means you may be required to work in multiple departments, but if you have a passion for a particular area, we'd like to hear from you
* Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
* Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
* Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
* Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
* Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
* Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
* Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
* Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
* Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
* Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville's cleanliness standards.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
* Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
* Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
* Other duties as required.
To Be Successful You Will Have
