About The Role

We are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and a positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA).
Opportunities exist on a casual basis and in PPT roles supporting our SIL houses.
There are morning, day, evening, and night shifts available.
Responsibilities
Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans)
Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
What You'll Bring
A passion for empowering people with disability
A can-do attitude and growth mindset – you're open to learning and ready to make a difference
NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above)
Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
Availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week ******+ hours)
The ability to travel to our multiple locations across the Newcastle region
