About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth in a dynamic retail environment. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, including financial management and operational standards.
You will also play a key role in leading, developing, and coordinating a retail specialist team. This will involve motivating staff, providing training and coaching, and ensuring they understand expectations and can deliver.
In addition, you will be responsible for driving sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets. You will work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
* Retail management experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business.
* Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and motivate staff.
* Proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets.
