Key Responsibilities:
o Assist in deploying the TSSP tech stack, including RMM tools, Intune, security systems, email filtering, and web filtering solutions
o Configure devices, user accounts, and applications in line with client requirements
o Ensure all systems are set up to meet security best practices and compliance standards
Systems Administration & Security
o Assist with the project deployments, configuration, and management of tech stack like RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools
o Configure M365 environment with CA, Device configuration and standard policies/settings
o Monitor and maintain IT security systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and policies
o Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and software
CRM & Security System Support
o Manage tickets, activities, and tasks in CRM platform Connectwise
o Assist with L1 technical requests when required
Documentation & Reporting
o Create and maintain detailed documentation for technical procedures, configurations, and client environments
o Provide regular reports on support activities, incidents, and resolution times
Preferred Skills & Experience
o Microsoft 365 Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Entra, Intune, and Defender
o IT Security: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and tools
o RMM, MDR & SIEM Tools: Familiarity with managing RMM, MDR, and SIEM platforms
o CRM Experience: Experience using CRM systems
o Technical Documentation: Ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation
o Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
o Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Customer Service: Friendly and professional with a client-first attitude
