Overview
ÉTOILE PR is seeking a senior communications leader to drive strategic campaigns across entertainment, lifestyle and social impact. This senior role will see you lead a national portfolio of premium clients, provide strategic counsel to executives and talent, mentor a high-performing team, and work closely with the Managing Director to support agency growth. You will have real autonomy to shape campaigns, client relationships, and the agency's trajectory.

About You
* 10+ years' experience in PR or communications (agency experience is preferred)
* Strong national media network and media relations expertise
* Proven experience delivering high-impact campaigns in a fast-paced environment
* Confident advising senior executives and talent
* A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring teams
* Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills
* Highly organised and motivated to drive a thriving, positive culture
