About the Role
The Solution Architect will provide expert architectural guidance to support the organisation in establishing an Enterprise Customer Relationship Management and Case Management Platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. The role will be responsible for developing solution architecture artefacts to support the establishment of the enterprise platform as well as developing solution architectures for specific solutions that will reside on the platform.
You will work closely with Microsoft in the development of a solution blueprint, and relevant design artefacts, for the enterprise platform as well as relevant artefacts to enable the onboarding of future solutions onto the platform. You will also work closely with the implementation partner to deliver the platform and the initial solutions.

* Engagement with an Implementation partner for the build and delivery of the enterprise platform and initial solutions
* Engagement with business stakeholders across TMR
* Work closely with multiple teams across TMR, including technology and business teams
* Clear communication of TMR requirements to vendors and external parties
* Ensure solutions are built and delivered in line with solution blueprint
* Ensure solutions are built and delivered in line with TMR Power Platform standards
* Ensure solutions adhere to Queensland Government and TMR standards, policies, positions and frameworks.
* Provide guidance on best practices for security, information management, and compliance.
Experience
* Minimum ten years’ experience as a Solution Architect in large and complex enterprise environments
* Broad architecture capability with exposure to data and analytics strategy, integration patterns, and enterprise platforms, working with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business outcomes.
* Extensive experience in architecting Azure-based solutions
* Proven Solution Architecture experience designing end-to-end solutions that modernise legacy platforms and enable new digital capabilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate easily understood architectural advice to TMR business units to assist them in making informed choices on ICT products, services and direction.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
* Familiarity with Queensland Government ICT frameworks and compliance requirements.
