Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team based in Wetherill Park. As the Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support and resolving a wide range of queries for customers.
You will work an eight-hour shift between 11:00am - 7:00pm (during daylight savings) and 10:00am - 6:00pm (outside daylight savings) from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, providing support and guidance.
* Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
* Confirm and manage customer bookings.
* Manage a variety of customer queries including operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, and complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience within a call centre environment is desired but not essential.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities.
* Typing speed of 60 wpm with 80% or higher accuracy.
* Experience with Salesforce, DOS systems, or SAP is desirable.
