* As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be joining a highly regarded team, working under the direct guidance of senior Partners on a broad range of transactions, including:
1. Commercial, industrial, rural and residential property sales and purchases
2. Business acquisitions and disposals
3. Liquor and gaming licensing for hospitality venues
4. Mortgages, securities, and PPSA matters
5. Corporate and trust structuring
6. Shareholder/Unitholder Agreements and Buy/Sell Agreements
7. Asset protection and restructuring
