Lawyer - Professional Indemnity
* High-value professional indemnity and financial lines disputes, including D&O, financial institutions, and professional negligence claims, domestic and cross-border, with quantum up to $100M+;

About the role
* Join a growing Financial Lines team handling complex, high-value disputes
* Advise on a broad mix of D&O, financial institutions, and professional indemnity claims
* Act for insurers and insureds across coverage, defence, and indemnity matters
* Manage claims from first notification through to resolution, including litigation and ADR
* Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, and strategic advice for insurer clients
* Work closely with brokers, forensic experts, and counsel on technically challenging cases
* Handle regulatory and investigation-related matters linked to financial services claims
* Support partners on multi‐party and cross‐border disputes
* Engage in client relationship management and contribute to business development initiatives
* Benefit from structured progression within a collaborative and commercially focused team
The ideal candidate
* 2–4 years' PQE with strong litigation or insurance experience
* A genuine interest in financial lines and complex insurance disputes
* Technically strong, with sound judgement and attention to detail
* Confident communicator, able to explain complex issues clearly to insurer and insured clients
* Organised and capable of managing competing deadlines effectively
* Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions‐driven approach
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close‐knit team
* Eager to take on responsibility and develop client‐facing experience
* Motivated to build a long‐term career within a specialist financial lines practice
