We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant based in Melbourne. You will be in an autonomous position, driving the sales growth for the Service Repairs business within the region. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining excellent service for our existing accounts and developing stronger partnerships. Your success in the role comes from your ability to work with internal stakeholders to chase leads and work with both long-term expenditure from clients as well as provide speedy solutions for customers in emergency damage situations.

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to add value and grow existing accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
* 5 years experience in a similar role, with proven success in account management, sales management or business development.
* Lift Industry experience is desirable but not essential.
* Technical sales experience preferred.
* Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels.
* Proactive sales approach & customer focus.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset.
