Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and professional Travel Facilitator to join our team. As a Travel Facilitator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for passengers from the terminal to the aircraft.
Your primary duties will include assisting passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation. You will also handle the check-in process, including verifying tickets, issuing boarding passes, and checking luggage. Additionally, you will provide accurate flight information to passengers, including updates on delays, cancellations, and gate changes.
You will also be responsible for resolving passenger complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. This may involve offering support and answering questions regarding flight schedules, fares, routes, and policies. Furthermore, you will assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, and those requiring wheelchair assistance.
As a key member of our team, you will ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols, including screening passengers and luggage. You will also coordinate with other airport personnel and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
In the event of an emergency, you will provide assistance and support as required. This may include providing medical assistance or coordinating with other teams to resolve the situation. Finally, you will maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and customer interactions.
