About Your New Role
We have three exciting opportunities available. Two 10-day fortnight positions (40 hours per week) and one 9-day fortnight position (36 hours per week).
We are seeking to appoint Surveyor's to undertake survey projects of a minor, moderately complex, complex and multi-disciplinary nature for our exciting projects on the Gold Coast. You will complete engineering surveys using sound project management methodology, surveys for set out of construction works and capture as constructed survey data, complying with legislative requirements and delivered in accordance with customer expectations.
Key Deliverables of the Position
* Conduct engineering and construction surveys, including set-out and as-constructed data capture.
* Manage surveying tasks to ensure project requirements, quality, and safety standards are met.
* Provide technical advice and collaborate with stakeholders.
* Support and mentor junior surveyors.
* Review designs for accuracy and constructability.

We're Looking For People Who Have
* Associate degree of Spatial Science (surveying) or equivalent experience.
* A current 'C' Class Driver Licence
* Registration Surveyors Board of Queensland
* General Construction White Card
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to acquire knowledge of policies, procedures, systems and legislation relevant to surveying.
* A sharp eye for detail and precision
* Ability to work collaboratively with project stakeholders, contractors and survey teams
* Local government experience (desirable but not essential)
