The Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs, developed at the University of Queensland, extensively researched, and used in more than 30 countries. We are seeking a full time Inventory and Orders Controller to join our head office team in Indooroopilly, Brisbane.
The Role
Is responsible for ensuring all orders are processed, delivered to clients and training venues on time, additional responsibilities include administration and support to the Triple P team. Duties include:
Process customer orders
Dispatch orders and manage returns
Deal with order enquiries
Liaise with global Triple P teams and warehouses
Deal with shipping, freight and customs needs
Inventory monitoring and procurement from suppliers
General administration duties and support to international operations team
The Person
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
At least 3 years’ experience in an orders or senior administration position. Preference will be given to candidates with sales order processing and inventory management experience.
Undergraduate degree – preferred or equivalent experience.
Flexible approach to varied tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
Strong team player
Excellent attention to detail
