**About the role**:
We have a full-time, permanent Marketing Manager position available in our friendly and relaxed Byron Bay office, 2481.
We are about to embark on an exciting repositioning and rebrand of the company and we are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Manager to join us from the very beginning.
As the newly created Marketing Manager, your role will include:
- A strong focus on 'digital-first' in terms of content creation, engagement and reporting on growth.
- Working closely with the Founders, Design Director and Marketing Coordinator to develop and roll out - and own - our new marketing plan and brand story.
- Managing agency partners (Marketing & Digital agencies) to ensure we are operating efficiently with all external stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Solid Understanding of Brand Strategy and Brand insights to create a compelling Marketing Plan.
- Content management - coordinate with our in-house content creators.
- Website management, content creation and management, planning & improvements.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis, etc.
- Creating engaging EDMs that convert - from production, tracking effectiveness, return on investment and analytics.
- Management and production of events & shop activations.
- Lead social media scheduling, content management and engagement.
- Marketing analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts & reporting.
**About You**:
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Proven Project Management skills
- Experience using CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong sense of accountability & motivation
- Be proactive by nature and can plan, initiate, and drive projects.
