About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team in the Lara region. The successful candidate will be part of a multiskilled team delivering high-quality facility management and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
* To participate in a collaborative environment for the delivery of comprehensive facility management and maintenance solutions
* To carry out planned maintenance activities across refrigeration and air conditioning systems
* To identify and rectify equipment and infrastructure faults in a time-critical setting
* To diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions
* To maintain commercial refrigeration equipment and chilled water supply systems
* To manage work orders for all tasks completed within specified timeframes
Requirements:
* A qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician with experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship management
* A Connect and Disconnect electrical licence
* Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS) technology
* Experience with integrated systems (HVAC and Fire)
