CQ Dental studio is seeking Dental Assistants and Receptionists to join our friendly and professional team. The role can be Casual / Part-time / full-time for the right candidate. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
Dental Assistant
* Chairside assisting during dental procedures
* Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
* Sterilising and maintaining instruments and equipment
* Assisting with infection control and clinical workflows
* Ensuring patient comfort throughout treatment
Receptionist
* Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
* Managing appointments and the daily schedule
* Handling phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
* Supporting general administrative duties

About You
* Previous dental or reception experience preferred
* Past dental experience is an advantage; however, a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are valued more
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Comfortable using computer systems and dental software
* Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
* Available for the whole day. This is NOT a School hours only position.
