The PositionYou will be responsible for the*logistics coordination liaisingwith multiple third-party suppliers ensuringexports and imports processes*are handled professionally.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with a large customer
* Ensure shipments both import/exports are moved with no undue costs
* Assist internal teams to ensure a streamlined service
* Request Export Permits, lodge EDN's and PRA's
* Liaise with the interstate and overseas offices, warehouses,
suppliers/manufacturers and agents
* Prepare and issue invoices
What we're looking for
* Must have either freight forwarding export/import operational experience
* Current experience working in forwarding or related areas
* CargoWise experience is preferred
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* Well-developed communication skills
* Full working rights within Australia
