Partner with the Foodservice Field Sales team to achieve sales and profit objectives. You will play a key role in maintaining Field team effectiveness through management of the Salesforce tool, conveying strategic objectives aligning field execution with sales and marketing strategies, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Responsible for
- Journey planning, Call Cycle Planning. In field optimisations.
- Provide coaching on Salesforce to team members as required.
- General analytics on surveys and tracker
- Reporting on customer interactions, and regular reporting on field effectiveness including Cycle objectives.
- Update the development and implementation of field administrative processes, training manuals.
About You
To be considered for this position you'll first and foremost be highly passionate about food, bread, foodservice category. You'll be a passionate Sales Support Coordinator or recent graduate looking for a challenge with a business that has products you can truly get behind and align with.
You will have outstanding customer service skills coupled with a natural ability for administration and organisation. You will quickly develop positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders because you're a great communicator and highly organised.
You are a self-starter that enjoys the fast-paced work environments but equally have the desire to be part of something bigger than yourself.
