About The Role
We're looking for a strategic leader and exceptional communicator to elevate our bid function within the growing Speciality Services team at Green by Nature. As our Bid Services Manager, you bring a passion for winning work and will:
Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid and tender responses
Oversee a high-performing team including a Bid Writer and Business Development Manager
Collaborate with stakeholders across business development, operations, finance and legal
Drive innovation, process improvement, and consistent bid success
Support a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (APMP certification a bonus)
5+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar field
Proven leadership skills and experience managing large or complex bids
Excellent project management and written communication skills
A collaborative, strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce)
