Learning Experience Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning initiatives that drive positive change in the financial system.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver learning solutions based on organisational goals, strategic objectives and capability frameworks.
* Apply adult learning methodologies to develop synchronous and asynchronous learning initiatives, incorporating emerging technologies and innovative work practices.
* Create flexible learning solutions to meet diverse organisational needs and employee requirements.
* Conduct Learning Needs Assessments (LNAs) to identify skill and knowledge gaps, current and future requirements of employees.
* Prepare comprehensive learning briefs, presentations, reports and project documentation for stakeholders.
* Analyse and interpret employee learning data for reporting and evaluation purposes.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in instructional design, eLearning, digital learning or related field.
* Proven skills and experience in instructional design, with expertise in developing learning experiences and resources.
* In-depth knowledge of learning principles, practices and trends in digital technologies.
* Demonstrated project management skills in learning program development, with capacity to scope realistic projects, meet deadlines and deliver outcomes.
* High-level interpersonal and professional communication skills to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams.
* Ability to source and analyse data for reporting on learning solution effectiveness and employee learning behaviours.
