This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join a high-performing finance team and take ownership of the organisation's tax compliance, advisory, and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage preparation and lodgement of income tax, FBT, and BAS returns for the group
* Support tax planning initiatives and provide advice on the tax implications of new projects, investments, and joint ventures
* Liaise with the ATO and external tax advisors as required
* Assist in the preparation of tax notes for statutory reporting and ensure alignment with AASB and IFRS standards
* Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance tax governance and efficiency
* Support the broader finance team with ad hoc analysis, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
About You
* CA or CPA qualified (CTA highly regarded)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate tax, ideally coming from a Big 4 or Mid-tier firm background.
* Strong understanding of Australian corporate tax legislation and accounting standards
* Demonstrated experience in managing tax compliance for complex group structures
* Confident communicator who can build relationships across finance, operations, and senior leadership
