We are supporting a leading content agency specialising in the property and built? environment sector to recruit a Marketing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a B2B marketing professional ready to step into a senior management role and take ownership of the organisation's marketing function.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer experience across all touchpoints. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands‐on execution, strong digital marketing capability.

Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on market analysis, competitor insights, and customer data.
* Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, including budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, offering insights and optimisation recommendations.

Digital Marketing Execution

* Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn paid social advertising.
* Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives, email marketing, and website optimisation to drive traffic and conversions.
* Track and analyse digital performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
* Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Content Planning & Development

* Develop and manage a B2B content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and industry relevance.
* Oversee creation of high‐quality content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social posts, and website copy.
* Ensure content reflects brand consistency and a strong customer experience focus.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on content production.

Customer Experience (CX)

* Champion a customer‐centric approach across all marketing activities.
* Map customer journeys and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
* Use customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies and content.

Lead Generation & Nurturing

* Develop and manage B2B lead generation campaigns to support a qualified sales pipeline.
* Implement nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow‐up processes.

Team Leadership & Development

* Lead, mentor, and support one direct report.
* Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and foster professional growth.
* Contribute to the long‐term vision for expanding the marketing function.

Budget Management

* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* Track ROI and report on budget performance.

Internal Communications

* Partner with leadership, People & Culture, and administration teams to deliver internal communications across the organisation.

Skills & Experience

Required

* 3 – 5+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role with progressive responsibility.
* Proven success in digital marketing, particularly paid social campaigns on LinkedIn.
* Experience contributing to or advising on marketing strategy.
* Strong content planning, creation, and distribution skills for B2B audiences.
* Solid understanding of Customer Experience (CX) principles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Proactive, adaptable, and results‐driven approach.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Preferred

* Experience within the property, architecture, visualisation, or related B2B services sector.
* Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
