About the Role:
Sunland RV is a leader in off-road caravan design and manufacturing, proudly operating in Caboolture, QLD for over 15 years and looking to expand in VIC. We're growing and seeking a SolidWorks Designer with proven experience in caravan, trailer, or vehicle design to join our in-house team.
This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday only), working alongside our production, engineering, and cabinetry teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use SolidWorks to design off-road caravans: chassis, cabinetry, plumbing, solar & fit-out systems
- Produce accurate production drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency
- Suggest improvements to streamline design and fabrication
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in SolidWorks design
- Robust understanding of caravan or trailer construction
- Ability to read and produce technical drawings and fabrication-ready files
