Core Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Machine Operators are responsible for the efficient and safe operation of production machinery. Key duties include:
* Setting up and preparing machines by loading materials and adjusting settings to production specifications.
* Operating and monitoring machines to ensure continuous, smooth operation and consistent product output.
* Performing quality checks on products, identifying and addressing any defects or machine malfunctions.
* Conducting basic troubleshooting and maintenance, including cleaning and minor adjustments, and reporting complex issues.
* Adhering strictly to safety and quality standards (including hygiene in food processing environments) and maintaining accurate production records.
