Our Guest Services Team plays a critical role in forming guests' first and last impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting guests upon arrival and departure
* Providing valet parking services
* Handling guests' luggage with care
* Ensuring efficient driveway logistics and presentation
* Staying up-to-date on all hotel services and amenities
* Making recommendations on local restaurants, attractions, and landmarks
* Providing support to the Concierge team as needed in emergency situations
* Assisting with room service tasks
* Requiring a valid Western Australian Driver's License
* Able to perform manual handling duties
* Complying with Australian National Police Clearance requirements, no more than three months old
* Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends, mornings, and nights
* Exhibiting exceptional grooming standards and attention to detail
* Posessing strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Passionate about delivering superior customer service experiences
* Developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships
* Holder of a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (an advantage)
