Overview
An exciting opportunity exists within a firm's Corporate & Commercial team for a senior lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience (PAE) to work alongside the principals of the team.
Qualifications
* Sound knowledge and understanding of Corporations law and corporate governance
* Experience in all aspects of corporate advisory matters
* Experience with mergers and acquisitions, buying and selling of businesses, and general commercial transactions
* Good understanding of legislation relating to APRA, ASIC, ASX, ATO, and PPSR
* Strong technical corporate and commercial skills and business acumen
* Minimum of 7 years PAE in the corporate and commercial law space
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
