Career Opportunities: Senior Marketing Manager - Customer Insights
This role involves influencing key business decisions through data-led market insights as a stand-alone, subject matter expert.
You will report into the GM of Investment Management Marketing and play a part of her leadership supporting our Commercial property portfolio across Retail Town Centres, Workplace (office) and Logistics assets.
The Opportunity
In this role you will:
* Collaborate with analytics, platforms, and marketing teams to deliver timely and accurate business and customer insights.
* Provide valuable insights to our Investment Management and Brand & Communications business units, guiding their decision-making processes.
* Be an integral part of the Investment Management Marketing Leadership Team, offering strategic input and insights.
* Manage our Shopper Segmentation Solution, ensuring it meets business priorities and integrates seamlessly with other tools.
* Lead the integration of new data and platforms into our marketing tech stack, enhancing our capabilities.
* Offer key insights during Strategic Asset Planning and Business Planning processes.
* Contribute customer insights to senior management reports, board papers, and investor packs.
* Support the assessment, execution, and analysis of innovation priorities across Stockland, focusing on creating new value through the development of value streams and customer experiences.
* Engage with Business Owners/SMEs and other stakeholders to develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
About You
You are a proactive and energetic Marketing leader with the ability to manage and collaborate with teams from multiple areas of our business. You will be hands-on and have a continuous improvement mindset in the way you work.
* A tertiary qualification in marketing, commerce, or a related field.
* Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
* A deep understanding of data privacy legislation.
* Proficiency in marketing strategies and tactics.
* The ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
* Mid-senior level project management skills.
* Expertise in writing business requirements for reporting and process improvements.
