 
        
        At our agricultural manufacturing facility in Western Australia's Wheatbelt region, we are currently seeking a skilled Machinery Assembler to join our production team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and finishing high-quality agricultural machinery with a focus on precision and attention to detail. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a small team.
Main Responsibilities
 * Assemble machinery components from detailed drawings and build specifications
 * Fitting hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical subassemblies as required
 * Conduct quality checks and functional testing during assembly
 * Support workshop productivity by preparing, staging, and finishing machines for delivery
 * Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely
 * Collaborate with the production team to ensure project deadlines are met
Working Conditions and Benefits
This is a 4-day workweek opportunity with long weekends off and drive-in/drive-out arrangements from Perth (approximately 2 hours away). Accommodation is provided Monday-Wednesday nights, and a meal allowance is offered for nights spent on site. A competitive hourly rate applies, with options for additional hours available.
Requirements and Qualifications
 * Previous experience in machinery assembly, mechanical fitting, or agricultural equipment builds is preferred
 * Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions
 * Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and pride in workmanship
 * Comfortable working independently and within a small, supportive team
 * Safety-focused, reliable, and proactive
