Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Hallam, VIC, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of purchasing custom homes. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, delivering presentations, managing sales pipelines, providing customer service, and contributing to sales strategies. Collaborating with the team, the Sales Specialist will support clients to ensure a seamless journey from initial inquiry to project completion.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a proven ability to engage and build relationships with clients
* Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the capability to meet targets, manage pipelines, and develop strategies
* Ability to provide Training and mentorship to team members, ensuring consistent performance and knowledge sharing
* Proven ability to work effectively in both remote and on-site settings in a hybrid work environment
* Experience or knowledge in the residential construction or real estate industries is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
