About the opportunity:
The Customer Service Consultant provides internal sales and high-level support to both internal and external customers for ASF Rediwall nationally.
We are seeking Customer Service professionals that thrive in a busy environment whilst having the capability to succeed within a dynamic role and work well under pressure with our friendly & collaborative team of professionals.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and emails, resolving customer enquiries, processing orders, quotes, and payments
- Manage SAP entries and internal mailbox
- Liaise with builders, installers, and architects
- Process returns, investigate credits, and resolve complaints
Your hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm upon commencement and following your training period, you will gain the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
What will make you an excellent fit?
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in high-volume product processing and multitasking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proven ability to meet customer expectations
- SAP experience preferred, intermediate Excel skills
- Exposure to building industry beneficial but not essential
- Ideally based locally
