Summary of the Position E4 are on the hunt for an experienced, people-centred leader to step into the Facility Manager role at a large residential aged care home in the Gippsland region.

Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership to a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture where staff feel supported, valued and motivated.
Partner with clinical and care teams to uphold excellent standards and meet all regulatory and care requirements.
Oversee day-to-day operational functions, including rostering, admissions, customer service and workflow management.
Build and maintain effective relationships with residents and families, ensuring a positive, well-supported experience.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancement and supporting team development.
Ensure all documentation, systems and practices comply with aged care standards and accreditation expectations.
Contribute to financial, occupancy and operational goals through strategic planning and collaborative decision-making.
Key Requirements Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA Registration (we may consider non-clinical candidates).
Proven experience leading a residential aged care home or similar clinical/operational environment.
Strong understanding of aged care standards, accreditation processes, and quality improvement.
Demonstrated ability to build cohesive teams and engage staff from diverse backgrounds.
Confidence in managing budgets, rosters, financial indicators and operational reporting.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Post-graduate qualifications in health management, leadership or aged care (desirable).
