Morris Property Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in marketing.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activity across all projects, ensuring alignment across channels, timelines and brand standards
* Develop creative content for marketing collateral
* Work with contracted creative, media and digital agencies to assist in delivery of marketing assets
* Manage CRM
* Manage and update online digital platforms
* Develop and manage social media calendar and content for all projects and sales agents
* Regularly monitor lead numbers, quality, and conversion to ensure they are suitable to deliver on company sales targets
* Develop and distribute EDM's
* Monitor condition of onsite marketing material, sales displays and external collateral to ensure peak condition.
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Bachelor of Marketing/business or currently studying for one
* Experience in an administrative role
* Creative flair and a keen eye for design
* Strong attention to details and a high level of accuracy
* Passion for delivering high-level customer service to internal/external stakeholders
* Knowledge in computer systems and a variety of software programs and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
* Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
* Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time management skills, managing conflicting deadlines while maintaining professionalism
