Project Marketing Manager

NSW

The Opportunity
You won't just be filling a seat. Working with the State Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing Director, you will drive the vision for select NSW developments. This is a hands-on, high-energy role where you will blend creativity with commercial strategy to hit sales targets and maintain our premium brand image.
What you'll do
Strategise :
Craft and execute sharp project marketing strategies, covering vision, media, selling strategy, marketing plan and promotion.
Analyse :
Deep dive into market research, buyer profiles, and competitor intel to optimise pricing and product mix, and achieve project metrics.
Create :
Develop compelling collateral and sales tools that aid and empower our sales teams to convert.
Manage :
Oversee marketing budgets, media planning, social media, as well as PR and communications and ensure every piece of branding meets our high corporate standards.
Collaborate :
Partner with Customer Care, Community Development and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What you'll bring
Experience :
2+ years in Project Marketing within the Property Development industry (Real Estate, New Home, or Land sales).
Qualifications :
A degree in business or marketing.
Mindset :
You are strategic, analytical, and commercially minded.
Communication :
You can negotiate effectively and build strong relationships fast.
Drive :
You are proactive, creative, and strategic, and love the buzz of event management and hitting targets.
