Position Overview
This is a dual-focus senior leadership role responsible for:
* Service Delivery & Operational Oversight
* Business Development & Participant Growth
Key Responsibilities
* New participant intake.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, hospitals, and referral networks
* Escalate and manage service-related issues or risks
* Conduct site visits to ensure consistent quality of care
* Ensure adherence to NDIS Practice Standards and internal policies
* Review documentation, medication logs, incident reports, and support plans
* Lead incident management and implement corrective actions
* Maintain audit readiness and risk mitigation protocols
* Manage and support a multidisciplinary team (Case Managers, Team Leaders, Support Workers)
* Conduct performance reviews and guide professional development
* Lead and performance-manage the BDM function
* Set weekly referral and conversion targets
* Roster utilisation and attendance(help the team with rostering and staff onboarding.)
* Participant occupancy and satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
